Bratz Annual 2006

The official Bratz 2006 Annual was released in 2005 by Pedigree Books.

The annual was released with two covers, but the contents is the same.

I love NY (Cloe's Story)[]

Cloe wins Heavenly Hairs competition and finds out via a letter that she has received tickets for her and friends to go on an all expenses paid trip to New York City. She of course invites Jade, Sasha and Yasmin and together they pack and travel to New York. At the hotel Jade shares a room with Sasha and Cloe shares a room with Yasmin.

The next day they head to Times Square and spend the morning hitting boutiques. They then go to the empire state building and take pictures together. The girls argue about where they should go next. Cloe wants to go the Met and see the awesome artwork, Jade wants to keep shopping, Yasmin wants to visit a writers café and Sasha wants hire skates and skate around central park. Eventually Cloe snaps and shouts at the other, explaining that can shop, visit a café and go rollerblading back in Stilesville, but they can only visit the Met in New York. Jade, Sasha and Yasmin storm out the café, each deciding to spend the day how they want.

As Cloe is shopping in the Met gift shop she notices a shoplifter stealing some posters. She calls attention to the criminal who attempts to flee but is stopped by Sasha, Jade and Yasmin. The girls apologize to Cloe and as a reward the giftshop worker gives them free tickets for the Met. They enjoy the day and agree to make time on the trip for all their preferred activities. They celebrate their friendship by going out to dinner.

Rockin' The Runway (Nevra's Story)[]

Sasha, Jade, Cloe, Yasmin and Nevra are relaxing together in Jade's garden when Yasmin receives a message from one of the charities she volunteers for. The company raises money for orphans in poor countries and they've asked Yasmin for fundraising ideas. Jade suggests they put on a fashion show for charity and the girls agree it is a really good idea.

They begin planning the event. Cloe takes charge of photography, makeup and hair, Yasmin takes charge of tickets and advertising, Sasha music and menu, Nevra was in charge of decorations and finding the models and Jade was designing the clothes. They pick a Miami theme for the show.

Everything goes really well until the morning of the party. The truck carrying the clothes crashes and although no one is harmed the clothes are ruined. Then Nevra's cousin who is a model has to drop out of the show due to paid work with a magazine. The photographer also backs out due to falling ill. Sasha loses her temper when the amplifier she got for the party explodes.

Rather than panic, the girls try and fix things. Cloe invites Koby to be their photographer and rather than hire new models, Jade picks fashion from her own closet for the show and Nevra suggests they model themselves and invites Dana and Meygan to join them. Sasha phones up the owner of the Jet Bar, Joe and finds out he double booked a band for tonight and manages to score the unneeded band.

They ring Koby and explain the situation, but he explains he is with his friends and has plans to go surfing. Sasha tells Koby to bring his friends and he agrees. Meygan and Dana arrive to model along with the Bratz Packs newest friends, Roxxi and Phoebe. Koby shows up along with Cameron, Cade and Dylan who all acts as photographers for the show.

The show is featured on the front of the school magazine and successfully raises enough money for all the children that rely on Yasmin's charity.

Rock Angelz (Jade's Story)[]

A short story version of the movie Rock Angelz. Nothing is changed from the original movie, but it does have some interesting character moments that might interest readers who like hearing the Bratz inner thoughts.

Stylin' Sportz (Yasmin's Story)[]

Yasmin and the girls are watching a school basketball game. Their team not looking so good. The girls disappointed in the team's sense of fashion. Yasmin ad to write a report on the game for the school magazine, even though the team lost. As the girls left the gym, Yasmin noticed a poster about a Stylin' Sportz Competition. To design a new kit for your favourite team.

Though the girls loved the idea, they were distraught to see that the deadline was the next day. It was no problem for Jade, as she could make loads of designs during the night, and pick the best one tomorrow. Now, they were to decide which team to choose, which resulted in tension in the group. With Sasha being bossy and Jade sulking, the girls were unable to agree on anything. So the four, decided to do their own designs to avoid arguments. The next day, Cloe and Yasmin wanted all of them to work together but Sasha and Jade were still being stubborn. All day at school, the girls couldn't come up with ideas and finally decided to work together.

During their free period, the girls shared their designs and mix 'n' matched. Going to the gym, the used the old uniforms for inspiration. Resulting in four stylin' ideas! With three minutes left until the deadline, the four girls ran to the P.E teacher with thirty seconds to spare! To celebrate, the girls went to the mall right after school. At Jade's house, the girls coordinated their new teams styles. After, they went to the Jet Club to see a live band, running into the boys. Jammin' the dance for in their sporty looks.

At the afternoon assembly the next day, Miss Hurst announced the Competition winner; Cloe, Jade, Sasha and Yasmin! Another basketball game came a week later, the team's uniforms and cheer squad looking stylin' in their new uniforms.

Blast on the Beach (Sasha's Story)[]

Ideas for the last day of summer were becoming stale and the girls wanted something a bit different. While Cameron and Dylan talked to each other, Sasha overhears and comes up with the idea of a beach party. A beach was chosen and everyone spoke on what they would be bringing. The girls invited loads of their friends, to meet at the beach at sundown that day. After gathering party supplies, the girls head to Cloe's house to coordinate their outfits. After pricking their looks. Cloe did some quick sketches of their stylin' threads.

With everything in the car, they picked up Nevra and headed to the beach. While getting everything ready, Dylan phoned Jade telling them he and Cameron would be a bit late. Much to Sasha's disappointment. To pass the time, the girls circled around to listen to Yasmin tell a story. Her story starts off by saying the beach at night was the realm of the Black Wolf. The wolf only comes out during a full moon, on a moonlit beach it stalks it's prey. It has flaming red eyes and long sharp yellow teeth. Only one person has lived to tell the tale. The girls then hear a long howl from the woods behind the beach and another one much louder. Making Cloe scream.

While the girls were panicking, Yasmin had disappeared. They then began to call for her and got an answer. Yasmin was sitting on the ground in the woods next to a tiny black-and-white puppy. It's paw was cut and bleeding. Yasmin tells them the howling sounded like an animal in pain, but the girls couldn't hear her due to their panicking. They put the puppy in one of the blankets, and take it to the house they spotted on the way to get help. But before they could leave, the car would not start. Due to Cloe keeping the lights on, causing the battery to drain. This made the girls walk to the house, Yasmin's story having everyone tense.

Cloe then trips and sprains her ankle, making her unable to walk. The girls somehow managing to help both the puppy and Cloe, making them all laugh. As they got closer to the house, they noticed two people searching for their pet, their dog. They returned the puppy to it's owners, right as the boys were arriving to the beach. Everyone managing to squeeze inside the car back to the beach. The girls telling the boys about what happened. Cloe was happy sitting on a blanket with Cameron since she couldn't dance. Everyone partied until the pink sunrise lit the sky. Their guests started to leave as the other began to clean up exhausted. Yasmin suggested to tell a story to keep them awake, only to be answered with a big NO! from everyone.
