Byron Powell is a media exclusive character that first appeared in Rock Angelz and has gone on to appear in the Bratz TV series, movies, books and video games.

History[]

During the first season of Bratz TV Series, He is mostly seen hosting events or planning TV shows. However, it is revealed during Bratz: Go to Paris and Bratz: Genie Magic that he is a secret spy. Starting at season two, his character revolves more about his spy secret life than him hosting.

Rock Angelz[]

Byron boards a plane flying from California to London. Onboard his dog, Ozzy gets into an alteration with Burdine's dog Royale. Byron tells her to control her dog and sits down with his own. Later in London, his dog escapes and is found by Yasmin. She returns Ozzy to Byron, who rewarded the girls with backstage passes and an interview with him. However when Crash breaks up, Byron instead agrees to let Bratz Rock Angelz perform in their place.

Genie Magic[]

While coming back from a rain storm, the Bratz (with Katia and Bryce) attack a mysterious dark figure that happened to be Byron. He later on explains how Zell and Kon, who are apart of the 'Evil Scientists Association', an organization that uses science for evil purposes are using Katia to creative havoc by disrupting weather patterns. Byron reveals that Kon's plan is to destroy each country with bad weather until the governments of each nation pays him to stop.

He later on arrests Kon and got his network to donate money for the pet shelter.

Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz[]

Byron travels from the UK to Stilesville to present the premiere of the new season of 'America Rocks'. While the two teams travel to 'Hockwater Springs', Byron goes undercover as Foul Mouth Foley to scare off the Bratz team. He proceeds to use Cloe's agoraphobia against her by showing up at different spots of the road such as at the Desert Oasis Motel. Whilst the girls enjoy the hot tub, Cloe remains in the hotel room, upset her friends think she is crazy from not believing that she saw a hitchhicker. When they return she goes to the hot tub to relax but finds the hitchhiker waiting for her and flees in the truck along with Jade, Yasmin and Sasha.

Whilst the girls are driving they take a road detour and stop at the 'Side Explorer' café where they are served by waitress named Dot, also Byron undercover. She warns them not to pitch up hitchhikers wearing hats, further scaring Cloe. She tells Cloe a legend about a cowboy called Foul Mouth Foley who died after being shot in the jaw. Foul Mouth Foley is apparently stuck between life and death and hangs around trying to catch a ride to the land of the living.

At the second town, Mount Middleton where Bratz Magazine pick out their next contestant, Tiffany. After the girls are robbed, Byron finds the items inside Tiffany's bag and believing her to be a pickpocket, calls the police and has her arrested.

On the way to New York, Cloe once again see's the hitchhiker and demands the Sharidan pull over the car. She decides to confront Foul Mouth Foley and chases him down, tackling him to the ground and pulling of his mask. Foul Mouth Foley is revealed to be Byron Powell. Byron tells the girls he tried to make the show more exciting.

Byron returns to New York City where he presents the finale of America Rocks fashion. Meanwhile Burdine tries to warn Byron about the aliens. When he confesses it was a prank created by him, Burdine takes this to mean Byron is the alien and runs out on stage to tell the audience. The girls confront Byron who tells them because Sharidan isn't from one of the official competition towns she can't be a contestant. Cloe reminds him that he broke the rules by including Foul Mouth Foley. He agrees to let Sharidan join the show and she gets to work designing some new clothes for herself and the Bratz.

After Sharidan's victory, Mandy proceeds to steal the pair of priceless diamond go-go boots from Byron. She is chased down by the Bratz and Byron has her arrested.

Total Fashion Makeover[]

During episode 3, it is revealed that Byron has a StompBox account with the username @Byr0nP0w3ll. He sent a message to Cameron and Eitan's account claiming that their music was good and even Ozzy was 'jumping of joy'. He then offers the possibility to produce an album with them.

Appearance[]

Byron appears to be in his early thirties. He's not very tall and is often times either the same height as or shorter than the Bratz pack. His hair is dark and curly and he has dark blue eyes (appearing brown in the first season). He mostly always wears black and is rarely ever seen in any other colours, except in Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz.

Personality[]

In the first season, Byron is seen as a very nice and charismatic host. However, as the episodes goes on, it is showned that he has some level on anger issues (example: in To Catch A Thief, Yasmin and Cloe are giving him ideas for a new show but he gets incredibly irritatedand with Burdine in general). He is also quite the flirt (example: in Trading Faces, he attempts to date Delilah). In season two, he is shown to be way more direct in his approaches but not as honest. In Rescue Askew, Byron has lied to the girls about having another agent.

In the episode The Life of Byron, it is revealed he is related to Liam and claiming Byron was ''daddy's favourite''.

  • Byron Powell is obviously very much a parody of UK television personality Simon Cowell.
  • From Rock Angelz to Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz, he shares the same voice actor as Nigel, Greg Ellis.
  • Byron mentions his boss is called Mr Steal whilst flying in the helicopter during Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz.
  • During Passion 4 Fashion Diamondz, he incorrectly calls Hockwater Springs, Rockwater Springs.
  • In the episode Rescue Askew, it is revealed that Byron is allergic to gluten.
  • The weapons and gadget Byron gives the girls during Bratz: Go to Paris are later used to save Katia's father in Bratz: Genie Magic.
