Packs can be purchased here and individual cards on the NFT marketplace.

The cards seem to be ranked with the follow titles based on how many pop up in packs:

Super Stylin' - Rare
Extra Stylin' - Premium
Ultra Stylin' - Legendary
Shimmerin' - Ultra Rare
