Felicia: Welcome to Talking Bratz, I'm Felicia, your hostest with the mostest and today our special guest is the genius behind italien streetwear brand GCDS, Giuliano Calza! Mmm, you name reminds me of a Calzone!
Felicia: And the big news is that we're launching a collab with GCDS this month!
Giuliano: Yas! Hello, thank you for having me. Bratz is a mood, a vibe, and a state of being. I also love calzones, yum!
Felicia: Dang, we gotta hang out some time. So, what's your favorite thing about being a Bratz?
Giuliano: We're unapologetic and insanely confident and gorgeous, just like you are.
Felicia: I think that's the perfect way to describe us! Giuliano, give us the inside scoop; what's it like working at GCDS bestie?
Giuliano: At GCDS, it's cool to play with dolls and you can reject labels and create your own. I want to create outfits for a new generation of empowered personalities.
Felicia: Here for it! I love how you're all about empowerment!
Giuliano: It's true, if you look at me I don't have anything traditionally perfect about my features. I have a crooked nose a gap between my teeth.
Felicia: And you're perfect just the way you are.
Giuliano: That's the vibe. Watching other people own their quirks was especially empowering for a young gay kid like me.
Felicia: Giuliano, we've all got passion for fashion. How can we use fashion to make a real impact on our lives?
Giuliano: You know Felicia, fashion for me is about playing the puzzle of the real you. It's about changing things in such a way that the end matches your inner self, clothes, appearance, attitude, lexicon, that's Bratz, that's who we are.
Felicia: Yes, that's what's Bratz is all about! We're so excited for this collab.
