Fashion Capitals is an unreleased Bratz doll line. It was originally planned for a 2009 release but production was cancelled for unknown reasons.
The line would've included at least two dolls, one based on London fashion, the other Paris. A description and promotional images of the line were included on the MGA 2009 website.[1]
