Cloe, Dylan, and the Tweevils are running for the election to determined who will be Stiles High's class president. Dylan and Cloe have a falling out and Cloe wants to leave the race. But when the Bratz discover that Tweevils are in the race at Burdine's request and for nefarious reasons, Cloe re-enters and teams up with Dylan, who realizes that Cloe is really the better candidate.
