Jennifer Hale (Born January 1, 1965) is a Canadian actress who performs the voice of Phoebe in all media she appears in, including the Rock Angelz, Forever Diamondz, The Movie and Girlz Really Rock video games.
She also supplies the voice for Siernna in the Forever Diamondz, The Movie and Girlz Really Rock video games.
Jennifer is the only actress to voice Siernna and Phoebe since their creation.

Jennifer is best known for having voiced Disney's Cinderella and Aurora in almost all animated Disney projects since the year 2000 as well as Thorn of the Hex Girls in various Scooby-Doo movies and TV episodes.
