Katia Eziz, known as Flirty Turtle to her friends, is a Bratz character that was introduced as a doll in the Holiday line and on screen in Bratz: Genie Magic.
History
It is unknown what happened to Katia's mother after her birth, but as Katia never mentions her it's assumed she either died or left Katia when she was very young. She was raised primarily by her father, Sebastian.
At some point during her youth are father took her to live on a ship they believed was owned by the Environmental Safety Association (ESA). Katia worked alongside Kon and Zell to help fix the worlds environmental problems.
Appearance
Katia has warm olive skin, long mahogany hair, and hazel eyes.
When she was first introduced in Bratz: Genie Magic, Katia has worn a boatneck Persian blue blouse with gold lacing on the collar, a tiny gold hair ornament at her forehead, sleeves, and at the hem, a long purple tier skirt with gold lining, and yellow heels. Her arms are decorated with a Mandala henna tattoos.
For a girls' night at Cloe's house, Katia was given pajamas by Cloe herself, consistent of a white off-shoulder, ¾ sleeved crop top over a pink halter top, a yellow skirt, and yellow mid-heeled slippers.
When she went shopping with the Bratz, Katia wears a carmine halter neck top with a jeweled neckline that bares a small midriff, denim capris with various decorations and burgundy cuffs, and black heeled boots.
Personality
Katia is a girl who’s ready to make her mark on the world! She loves exploring and everything about earth and the people on it , she’s talkative, easy-going, and super friendly. Being so sheltered she can be naïve and easily manipulated and sometimes has trouble understanding jokes, slang and sarcasm.

Family
Katia's mother is not in the picture, but she has a close bond with her father Sebastian and her adopted sister Alia.
Friends
In Bratz: Genie Magic, Katia befriended Cloe, Jade, Yasmin and Sasha.
She is also friends with Cameron, Dylan, Eitan, Meygan, Dana, Phoebe and Vinessa.
Romance
Katia and Bryce first meet in Bratz: Genie Magic when he crashes her sleepover with Cloe, Jade, Sasha and Yasmin. Cloe wishes Bryce would choke and Katia turns him into a frog. He wishes himself back and noticing Katia's beauty, asks her out on a date. They go to the smoothie bar and Bryce tells Katia about his ambition to be a graphic novelist and Katia tells him she wishes her father was more supportive of her dreams. Later, when Katia loses her Genie powers, she moved to Stilesville and becomes Bryce's girlfriend.
The two may have possibly broken up in-between Genie Magic and Desert Jewelz as Katia makes no mention of him in the latter.
Pets
Katia has a pet cat named Exlee who also appears to be magic as she had the ability to teleport.
