Four lines of Bratz dolls were produced by Mattel when they had temporarily rights to the brand. They were never produced for sale as MGA quickly regained the rights.

All the characters name were changed because Mattel only had the rights to the Carter Byrant's original designs, when the girls were still called Zoe, Hallidae, Lupe and Jade. Since Jade was the only OG without a name change, she was the only one they were allowed to use, although it does appear they changed her name to Melody eventually.
