Skeleton In the Closet is episode 12 of Season 1 of Bratz.

Plot

The Bratz and Tweevils investigate when they find bones in Burdine's office.

Synopsis

Cloe is horrified when her horoscope says someone close to her is hiding a deep, dark secret. Jade finds a box in the basement of the office containing a newspaper clipping about a girl, Heather, who went missing a few years ago, along with a stuffed cat toy, a marionette, her name plaque and a wallet. According to the article Heather left Your Thing with all her belongings so the Bratz question why they hidden in the building basement.

Burdine punishes Kaycee and Kirstee with cleaning the entire office after they fail to get any interesting information from the Bratz slumber party. Whilst jousting with mops Kaycee stumbles into Burdine's closet where she finds what appears to be human bones. She and Kirstee scream and run to the Bratz office for help.

Sasha and Yasmin ask Burdine what happened to Heather stone. She says she "terminated" and "liquified" her. Horrified, the Bratz go to Burdine's office to warn the tweevils they might be Burdine's next victim.

They sneak into the Your Thing office and watch as Burdine pokes pins into a group of voodoo dolls made to look like the Bratz. This leads them to believe Burdine is planning to kill them, not the Tweevils. They sleepover at Cloe's house but end up keeping Sasha up with their worrying.

Cloe has a nightmare where Burdine gives her a conditioner that makes her hair and skin fall off, Yasmin dreams Burdine knocks her out of a tree, Sasha dreams she turns into a puppet that Burdine makes dance forever and Jade has a dream she is back working for Burdine and finds Kaycee and Kirstee bones in the basement. They all wake up screaming and Sasha decides they need to find out the truth about Heather by looking at the bones in Burdine's office.

The Bratz go to Burdine's office but they don't find any bones. Kirstee and Kaycee hide them in the closet as Burdine returns carrying a box. The Bratz watch from the closet as Burdine put the bones a pink axe inside the box and leaves the office.

The Bratz call the police and follow Burdine to a factory. Inside Burdine grinds the bones using her axe. As she attempts to leave the girls capture her using a rope trap and interrogate her about the bones. The police arrive to interview Burdine. A factory worker comes out of the office and explains the bones; the building is owned by Gourmet Pet Food International, who makes dog treats. Burdine explains that the bones are dog treats and she was returning to them be ground up the way Royale likes.

She further explains the Heather quit work without telling Burdine, who reported her missing. She now works as a subway conductor.

This takes place right after the events of Slumber Party & Truth Or Dare.
