Totally Recall is episode 18 of season 1 of Bratz: The Series.

Synopsis

While stuck in an elevator, Burdine and Jade reflect on their eventful past!

Plot

Jade and her cat Mica, who she brings to work with, arrive at the office building and head upstairs to her office with burgers she ordered as lunch for her and her friends and ride in the elevator with Burdine, who is with her dog Royale, much to her dismay. The Tweevils accidently broke Burdine's glass bowl after fighting over it and they immediately leave the office to buy a replacement at the mall before Burdine returns. As Jade, Burdine, and their pets are heading up to their floor, the elevator unexpectedly drops down and stops working. Burdine begins to seriously panic. She attempts to kick the elevator door open but ends hurting her foot. She tells Jade not to stand there doing nothing and demands her to take action. Jade refuses, reminding Burdine that she is not her slave and that they don't work with each other anymore after what happened in their employmeeship to which she flashbacks to.

Throughout their stuck in the elevator together, Jade and Burdine reflect their past rivalry with flashbacks.

Meanwhile, getting impatient with Jade's arrival to the office with the girls' lunch, Yasmin calls the restaurant to find out the issue with their order. When no one answers, she leaves the office to go investigate the problem herself at the restaurant. On her way out, Yasmin sees the Tweevils repeatedly press the elevator buttons in an attempt to open the door and stops them, warning them that they could damage the elevator. The girls hear Burdine's whining, who shouts out Jade's name. When finding out that Jade is stuck in the elevator with Burdine, Yasmin immediately gets Sasha and Cloe for help. Sasha informs everyone that she left a message for the superintendent after attempting to call them on her cell phone and is not sure when they'll arrive to bust Jade and Burdine out of the elevator and fix it. While they wait for the superintendent to arrive for help, all the five girls also make flashbacks to their eventful past.

After discussing all of their toxic rivalry for the last time, Jade suggests that she and Burdine should briefly put their differences aside to work together on busting out of the elevator. Jade opens the ceiling tile, and the girls climb out of the elevator with their pets and the burger bag through the ceiling. While Jade, Burdine, Mica, and Royale are breaking out, Cloe, Yasmin, and Sasha suggest to pry the elevator door open. They attempt to do it, but no avail. However, the elevator fortunately starts working again. When the door opens, the Bratz and the Tweevils discover that Jade and Burdine are no longer in the elevator. When they walk inside there, the elevator starts to fall down, and the five girls end up becoming the second people to get trapped in there after Jade and Burdine.

Weeks pass by, and Cloe arrives to the office with pizza for the girls' lunch after taking a long walk upstairs with the stairs to avoid taking the elevator in fear of being stuck in there with the Tweevils again. The girls pull out their photo frame from the box as a package and hang it on the wall. Jade concludes the episode by telling the viewers the girls' cover story about their experience with the office elevator.
